Internal Sales Consultant

Reporting directly to the Sales Office Supervisor, he/she will initially:

1)    Assist in dealing with in-coming general enquiries and sales leads by telephone, fax or email.

2)    Create records on computerised databases accurately, learning to use the functions of the systems effectively.

3)    Assist in all General Office and admin duties as required.


With careful monitoring and training they will become increasingly involved in the Sales process.

The main duties for this role are:

1)    Qualification of leads.

2)    Scheduling appointments for Surveyors (learning the geography of the country and planning sensible routes and work-loads) and associated processes.

3)    Initial sales calls to prospects to ensure receipt of proposal and initiate 'relationship building'.

4)    Keep accurate records of all conversations on database and use this information to compile telesales reports on a weekly basis.

5)    Develop a professional, efficient and friendly line of communication with prospects in keeping with ACS company profile; thereby managing accounts to (hopefully) placement of order and the associated administration process.

6)    Any other duties that may, from time to time, be considered necessary.
